The basin emerges from the ground like a sculptural form. Its reflective surface, infinity edges on all four sides, and dark slate finish enhance its architectural presence.

The water appears crystal clear, mirroring both the deep blue sky and the lush green surroundings. Appreciated year-round, the basin serves as a serene landscape feature in winter and mid-season and transforms into a hub of family fun in the summer.

“I want a peaceful place to gather with friends,” said the client. So, on a field near the sea, we designed a home where only light is invited in—shielded from prying eyes to ensure privacy.

Two houses, because a home full of children can be noisy, and for a writer, silence is sacred. A smaller house completes the overall composition, offering a quiet retreat.

Materials used:
Straw, Wood, Fermacell, Thatch

A sloping site, a collaboration with a developer, and the project took shape.
Built with wood and vegetation, this development is deeply rooted in its environment. Rainwater is absorbed on-site, irrigating hanging gardens and green roofs through a network of water channels weaving through the complex.

The sound of flowing water adds a poetic touch—an oasis of calm amidst the urban rush, perched on the hillside with a view of the bustling industrial port below.
